Job Summary:
Overseeing and managing end-to-end warehouse operations and related supply chain functionsbe responsible for forecasting, logistics coordination, inventory accuracy, order fulfilment, analytics, and driving continuous improvements in customer service levels (CSL).

Key Responsibilities:
Warehouse Operations:
- Lead and supervise daily warehouse activities including inbound, storage, and outbound operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
- Coordinate with warehouse officers to manage shifts, labour, and process flow effectively.
- Updation and management of warehouse contracts
- daily follow up with units for material, despatches, and outward logistics and analytics
- awareness on compliance to statutory requirements
Inventory Management:
- Monitor inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits.
- Minimize stock variances and ensure optimal stock levels are maintained.
- Implement FIFO/FEFO practices and storage optimization.
Forecasting & Order Management:
- Collaborate with sales and planning teams for demand forecasting.
- Manage end-to-end order fulfilment processes, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery.
- Track and resolve order discrepancies or delays proactively.
Logistics Coordination:
- Plan and execute transportation strategies in coordination with 3PL partners.
- Optimize delivery routes and modes to reduce logistics costs.
- Monitor transporter performance and ensure SLAs are met.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Analyse inventory, order accuracy, turnaround times, and space utilization.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for senior management.
- Use data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for cost-saving or process improvements.
CSL Improvement:
- Monitor Customer Service Level (CSL) metrics and drive initiatives to improve fill rate, order accuracy, and on-time delivery.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams and Plants to resolve supply chain bottlenecks affecting service levels.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in supply chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or related field. MBA preferred.
- 5 years of experience in warehouse and supply chain management.
- Robust understanding of WMS, ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / similar).
- Proficiency in Excel and analytics tools (Power BI / Tableau preferred).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
