Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate fresh graduates to join our engineering team as Python Trainees. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a strong foundation in software development while working on real-world projects under the guidance of experienced professionals.
- Learn and contribute to the development of scalable software applications using Python.
- Assist in writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code for backend development.
- Support the development and integration of RESTful APIs and third-party services.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing components with backend systems.
- Participate in testing, debugging, and troubleshooting applications.
- Assist in enhancing and maintaining existing applications and features.
- Learn and implement basic security and data protection practices.
- Work closely with team members to understand business requirements and deliver technical solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in software development.
Technical Skills
- Good understanding of Python programming fundamentals.
- Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
- Basic understanding of data structures and algorithms.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and web application concepts.
- Knowledge of SQL databases; exposure to NoSQL databases is an advantage.
- Understanding of Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI will be preferred.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with Git or other version control systems is a plus.
- Exposure to Docker, cloud platforms (AWS), or personal/academic projects will be an added advantage.
