Proven Experience in Interior Fit-Out / Construction Industry)
Qualification:
- Graduate/B.Tech/B.E.OR Diploma
- Knowledge of interior fit-out works will be preferred.
- AutoCAD proficiency is mandatory. Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Project is an added advantage.
Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Interior Engineer to supervise and execute interior fit-out projects while ensuring quality, timely completion, and adherence to client specifications. The candidate will coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, architects, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute interior fit-out projects as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Supervise day-to-day site activities and monitor work progress.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Prepare project schedules and monitor timelines.
- Ensure quality standards and workmanship at the project site.
- Verify measurements and prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities).
- Monitor material requirements and coordinate procurement.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Coordinate client meetings and provide project updates.
- Handle project documentation including work orders, bills, and completion reports.
- Monitor subcontractor performance and certify completed work.
- Assist in project handover and snag rectification.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of interior fit-out execution.
- Valuable understanding of civil and finishing works.
- Ability to read architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- AutoCAD proficiency.
- MS Excel and MS Office knowledge.
