- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, network devices, and virtualization platforms (VMware ESXi).
- Provide technical support to end-users on desktop issues such as Outlook configuration and Exchange Server setup.
- Troubleshoot complex hardware and software problems using various diagnostic tools and techniques.
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve incidents and implement solutions.
Job Requirements :
- 5-18 years of experience in a similar role or related field.
- Solid knowledge of VMware ESXi administration and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Microsoft Exchange Server installation, configuration, and maintenance.
