DROHAR ARANYAWAS, an upcoming nature-inspired 10 keys resort in Viratnagar, near Sariska, is looking for a dynamic and experienced Resort Manager to lead our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the resort.
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain high service standards.
- Manage Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Kitchen, and Maintenance operations.
- Ensure smooth Food & Beverage service, including quality, hygiene, inventory, and cost control.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and lead the resort team.
- Monitor budgets, vendor coordination, inventory, and operational efficiency.
- Maintain compliance with safety, hygiene, and statutory regulations.
- Drive revenue growth while ensuring operational excellence.

Requirements:

- 5-7 years of experience in resort or hotel management.
- Solid leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Hands-on operational approach with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Proven experience in Food & Beverage operations is highly preferred.
- Willingness to work in Viratnagar, Rajasthan (near Sariska).
