Qualification: Graduation and Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical and Refrigeration.
Key Responsibilities: The Installation Engineer will be responsible for end-to-end execution of Ecofrost Solar Cold Room installations, ensuring quality, timelines, and customer satisfaction. The role requires hands-on capability across PUF cold room structures, refrigeration systems, and solar power systems, along with strong ownership to manage installer partners and cross-functional coordination
Deliverables (KRAs for the next 1 year)-
Installation TAT adherence First time-right installation quality Zero/low rework cases Customer satisfaction score Partner productivity and compliance QC checklist adherence (100%)
Must have (Technical Skills) - Strong knowledge of:
PUF/PUR cold room installation Refrigeration systems (commercial cold rooms) Solar systems (panels, inverter, battery integration) Hands-on technical capability Solid ownership & problem-solving attitude
Must have (soft skills) - communication, accountability, problem-solving
