Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Lead / Site In-Charge to manage end-to-end logistics and warehouse operations at our customer site in Jalna. The candidate will be responsible for leading the site team, ensuring operational excellence, maintaining customer satisfaction, driving process improvements, and achieving service level targets.

- BE/B.Tech in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering with 5-8 years of relevant experience
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME) with 5-8 years of relevant experience

Key Responsibilities

- Lead complete site operations for warehouse and logistics activities.
- Manage inbound, outbound, warehouse, inventory, stock control and material issuance.
- Supervise and guide a team of 25-30 employees including Shift In-Charges and Supervisors.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, customer requirements and company policies.
- Monitor daily operational KPIs and achieve agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- Conduct Daily Work Management (DWM) meetings with customer and internal teams.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Prepare MIS reports, productivity reports, billing data and operational dashboards.
- Coordinate monthly billing data and compliance documentation with Accounts.




- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, Kaizen and cost optimization projects.
- Handle employee discipline, manpower planning, attendance and shift management.
- Resolve employee relations issues and ensure statutory compliance.
- Ensure implementation of Safety standards, 5S practices and Near Miss reporting with CAPA/RCA.
- Lead internal and customer audits including TPS, VDA 6.3, ISO 9001, EMS and QMS.
- Monitor statutory, legal and customer compliance requirements.
- Conduct employee training, development and performance reviews based on KRAs.
- Drive Monthly Review Meetings (MRM) and operational review meetings with stakeholders.
