- Conduct quality audits to identify areas of improvement in AR calling processes.
- Analyze data to determine root causes of denials and develop strategies for reduction.
- Collaborate with team members to implement process improvements and ensure compliance with US Healthcare regulations.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings through productive use of resources.
Job Requirements :
- 3-7 years' experience in accounts receivable, denial management, or related field.
- Strong understanding of US Healthcare industry practices and regulations (RCM).
- Proficiency in using technology such as denials software applications.
