About the Role

We are looking for a high-calibre Financial Controller to build visibility, control, and a competitive advantage through world-class reporting. This is a true build-and-scale mandate.

Key Responsibilities

- Framework & Reporting: Build scalable financial frameworks; own investor and board-grade monthly/quarterly reporting.
- Insights & Dashboards: Develop predictive forecasting models and real-time dashboards (KPIs, cash flow, unit economics).
- Automation & Controls: Automate data flows across SAP, BI,



and source systems; establish strict governance for data integrity.

Requirements

- Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) with 58 years of experience in statutory reporting, compliance, and consolidation.
- Background: Proven track record in high-growth, PE-backed, or IPO-ready environments.
- Tech Stack: Hands-on SAP experience is mandatory. Strong systems and automation mindset.
