Role & responsibilities

- Achievement on premium booked.
- Allocation of branch sales target to the respective salespeople of the branch in consultation with the State Head.
- Ensure adequate manning against the budgeted sales target of the branch.
- Ensure effective communication of premium targets to respective branch sales managers in consultation with the State Head
- Drive the branch sales team to achieve the budgeted target.
- Maintain the product/channel mix as per the business plan to ensure branch profitability.
- Monitor & optimize the cost of acquisition of the channel
- Track productivity of the branch inclusive of performance of each SM.
- Set standards and maintain Business Quality.
- Update the top management on market competition.
- Constantly network with the Zonal underwriting team, Zonal Operations team & Zonal claims team in case of troubleshooting.
