Location: Bhopal / Indore.

Role & responsibilities :

- Conduct Training Programs for Bancassurance Sales Teams, Relationship Managers, and Bank Branch Staff.
- Deliver Training on Life Insurance Products, Product Features, Advantages, Processes and Regulatory.
- Identify Training Needs and performance gaps through interaction with Business and sales Team
- Conduct Induction, Product , Process , and sales Training.

Preferred candidate profile

- 1-4 Years of Experience in Life Insurance Sales Training.
- Strong Knowledge of Life Insurance Products and Bancassurance Business.
- Flexibility to Travel across Madhya Pradesh for Conducting Training Programs at Various Branches and Locations.
