We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Safety Officer to ensure a safe and healthy work setting by implementing safety policies, conducting inspections, identifying workplace hazards, and ensuring compliance with statutory safety regulations. The candidate will play a key role in promoting a solid safety culture across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement and monitor workplace health and safety policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
- Identify hazards and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure compliance with statutory safety regulations and company safety standards.
- Conduct safety induction and awareness training for employees and contractors.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and prepare detailed reports.
- Monitor the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Coordinate fire safety drills, emergency response activities, and evacuation procedures.
- Maintain EHS records, permits, inspection reports, and safety documentation.
- Liaise with government authorities during safety inspections and audits.
- Promote employee participation in safety initiatives and continuous improvement.
