- Supervise and monitor civil works associated with ITS and smart mobility infrastructure projects.
- Ensure execution of works in accordance with approved drawings, technical specifications, and project standards.
- Coordinate site activities involving civil contractors, utility agencies, and project teams.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
ITS Infrastructure Works
- Support installation and foundation works for:
- Traffic Signal Poles
- CCTV Poles
- Variable Message Sign (VMS) Structures
- ANPR and Enforcement System Poles
- Communication and ITS Equipment Foundations
- Review and verify site readiness for ITS equipment deployment.
Trenching & Ducting Works
- Supervise trenching and duct laying activities for power and communication networks.
- Ensure proper cable routing, duct installation, backfilling, and surface restoration.
- Coordinate with utility service providers to avoid conflicts with existing underground services.
HDD (Horizontal Directional Drilling) Works
- Monitor HDD activities for underground cable and conduit installation.
- Ensure compliance with approved alignment, safety requirements, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors for execution and completion of HDD crossings.
Quality Assurance & Compliance
- Perform site inspections and quality checks for civil works.
- Verify material quality and workmanship standards.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and applicable regulations.
- Maintain site documentation, inspection reports, and progress records.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Liaise with government authorities, utility agencies, contractors, and consultants.
- Participate in project meetings and provide technical updates.
- Support issue resolution related to site execution and civil infrastructure works.
