Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete execution of commercial interior fit-out projects from mobilization to handover.
- Prepare project schedules and ensure timely completion of all activities.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Plan manpower, materials, machinery, and resources for smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Control project cost and minimize material wastage.
- Conduct regular site meetings and provide progress updates to management and clients.
- Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials in coordination with the Procurement team.
- Supervise site engineers, supervisors,contractors, and subcontractors.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout project execution.
- Implement and monitor all safety (EHS) guidelines at the project site.
- Review contractor bills, vendor invoices, and project measurements.
- Resolve site issues and coordinate design changes with the Design team.




- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project reports.
- Ensure smooth project handover along with closure and final documentation.

Required Skills

- Solid knowledge of commercial interior fit-out execution.
- Excellent project planning and scheduling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and teams.
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Good understanding of BOQ, estimation, quantity surveying, and project costing.
- Knowledge of MEP coordination and civil works.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Project, MS Excel, AutoCAD, and project reporting tools.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- PMP or Project Management certification will be an added advantage.

Preferred Experience

- 4-10 years of exp-erience in commercial interior fit-out projects.
- Experience handling office spaces, corporate offices, retail outlets, co-working spaces, hospitality, or institutional projects.
- Proven experience managing projects from 2 Crore to 25+ Crore.
