The Chartered Accountant VCFO Services will be responsible for managing finance and compliance functions, preparing monthly MIS, overseeing statutory and internal audit matters, participating in valuation assignments, and supporting management with financial reporting and decision-making. ## Key Responsibilities

- Provide Virtual CFO support in financial planning, reporting, governance, and management decision support.

- Prepare monthly MIS reports covering profit and loss, balance sheet movement, cash flow, budget versus actuals, and key performance indicators for management review.

- Oversee and coordinate statutory audit activities, including preparation of schedules, reconciliations, audit workings, and closure of auditor queries.

- Support internal audit processes by reviewing financial controls, tracking audit observations, and assisting in implementation of corrective actions.

- Participate in valuation assignments, financial analysis, and due diligence support for business, funding, or strategic purposes.





- Handle regular statutory and tax compliances, including GST, TDS, ROC-related support, payroll compliance inputs, and maintenance of compliance trackers.

- Ensure proper documentation, reconciliations, and maintenance of books of accounts for reporting, audits, and regulatory purposes.

- Coordinate with clients, auditors, consultants, and internal stakeholders for timely closure of finance, audit, and compliance matters.

## Skills and Competencies

- Robust knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, compliances, and audit processes.

- Expertise in Microsoft Excel for MIS preparation, reconciliations, analysis, and reporting is essential.

- Working knowledge of valuation concepts and financial analysis.

- Strong communication, documentation, analytical, and coordination skills.

- Working knowledge of *Zoho Books* or exposure to cloud-based accounting software will be considered a value addition, as finance and accounting roles often use Zoho Books for invoicing, reconciliations, reporting, and compliance workflows.
