Role & responsibilities

- Coordinate the procurement of engineering spares, maintenance materials, and indirect goods.
- Manage purchase requests and purchase orders through to delivery and payment.
- Source quotations from suppliers and support supplier selection activities.
- Monitor supplier performance to ensure timely and complete deliveries.
- Support inventory availability by helping prevent material shortages and supply disruptions.
- Build strong working relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Review pricing and purchasing data to identify cost-effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and reports within company systems.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's Degree Engineering.
- Experience in procurement,



purchasing, sourcing, or supply chain roles within a manufacturing, industrial, mining, chemical, metals, or heavy industry environment.
- Exposure to engineering spares, MRO materials, or plant procurement activities.
- Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP.
- Robust communication, coordination, and supplier management skills.
- Good analytical skills with the ability to evaluate costs and purchasing decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and procurement reporting tools.
