Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Azure Senior Site Reliability Engineer to design, implement, automate, and manage highly reliable, scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud infrastructure environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Azure infrastructure services, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), AKS, cloud networking, and monitoring & observability.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize Azure infrastructure services across Compute, Networking, Storage, Databases, Security, and Containerization.
- Design and maintain robust cloud architectures using Azure services to ensure scalability, reliability, performance, and cost efficiency.
- Manage Azure resources including Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Functions, Blob Storage, File Storage, Managed Disks, and serverless services.
- Design and manage complex Azure networking environments including Virtual Networks, DNS, Load Balancers, VPN, and Virtual WAN (vWAN).
- Ensure secure connectivity between on-premises infrastructure and Azure cloud environments.
- Implement security best practices including Azure AD/Entra ID policies, encryption, access controls, and compliance requirements.
- Monitor and analyze infrastructure and application performance using Azure Monitor and other observability platforms.
- Implement and manage monitoring and observability solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, Jaeger, Datadog, and Azure Monitor.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration,



and maintenance using Terraform, Bicep, and ARM templates.
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience.
- Support containerized workloads and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
- Apply SRE principles and engineering practices to improve system reliability, scalability, and performance.
- Support ITIL-based service management processes including Event, Incident, Problem, Change, and CMDB management.
- Maintain detailed documentation of cloud architectures, configurations, processes, and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify performance bottlenecks, resolve incidents, and continuously improve infrastructure reliability.
