WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for a Senior Accountant who can take complete ownership of the organisations accounting and compliance operations. This is not just a data entry or bookkeeping role — we are looking for someone who understands the importance of financial discipline, accuracy, and timely execution.

You will be responsible for managing the complete accounting cycle, ensuring books are maintained correctly, statutory compliances are completed on time, and financial operations run smoothly every day.

The ideal candidate is someone who is detail-oriented, organised, and capable of independently handling multiple finance responsibilities without constant supervision. You should be comfortable working with numbers, identifying discrepancies, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring that every financial activity is properly documented.

You should have strong knowledge of Indian accounting practices, taxation compliance, and statutory filings. Experience in handling GST, TDS, Professional Tax, PF, labour-related compliance, and coordination with CA/CS professionals is essential.

We are looking for someone who takes ownership — someone who does not just complete tasks but ensures that the finance function remains accurate, compliant, and reliable.

WHAT WILL YOU GET TO DO?

- You will Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, accounting entries, ledger maintenance, and reconciliations and handle Professional Tax (PTax) calculations, compliance, and timely filings.

- You will prepare and coordinate GST filings and ensure complete GST compliance.




- You coordinate with CA/CS for Income Tax filings, ROC filings, and other statutory requirements.
- You will manage PF filings and employee-related statutory compliance. The daily banking activities including fund transfers, payments, and transaction tracking, will be you added responsibilities.
- Proper records of invoices, expenses, payments, and financial documents needs to be on point supporting audits, financial reporting, and internal reviews.

WHO SHOULD APPLY?

You should ideally have 2–3 years of experience in accounting and finance operations, with a solid understanding of Indian accounting systems and statutory compliances. The candidate should have hands-on experience with GST, TDS, Professional Tax (PTax), PF, labour compliance, and banking operations. Experience in coordinating with CA/CS professionals for various financial and statutory requirements is preferred. You should have strong attention to detail, the ability to identify errors and discrepancies, and the capability to independently manage finance responsibilities with complete ownership. Good communication skills, organisational ability, and a disciplined approach towards maintaining accurate financial records are essential.

WHAT THIS ROLE IS NOT?

This is not a role where you only process transactions or maintain records. You will be responsible for maintaining financial accuracy, ensuring compliance, and creating a strong foundation for smooth business operations.

COMPENSATION

The Senior Accountant will be compensated with a monthly salary of 50,000.
