Qualification:
ITI / Diploma / B.E. (Mechanical / Production)
Experience Required:
2–4 Years as a VMC Setter
Key Responsibilities:
• Set up VMC machines as per production plans and component requirements.
• Prepare jigs, fixtures, and tooling.
• Load and prove CNC programs.
• Conduct first-piece inspection and release for production.
• Perform tool presetting, machine offsets, and process adjustments.
• Support preventive maintenance activities.
Required Skills:
• Knowledge of tooling, fixture setting, and machining processes.
• Ability to read engineering drawings.
• Hands-on experience with Vernier, Micrometer, and basic CMM inspection.
