Deputy Project Manager Diamond City, Bhubaneswar–Cuttack Highway

Diamond City is a six-tower residential and commercial development on the Bhubaneswar–Cuttack Highway, RERA MP/07/2024/01161, ranging from a B+S+8 in finishing to a 2B+23 under basement work, with possession targeted for August 2028.

You will run day-to-day execution on the towers assigned to you and report to the Project Manager. That means driving the daily and weekly programme on site, supervising site engineers and contractor teams, checking shuttering, reinforcement and pours before they happen rather than after, raising drawing queries to the architect and structural consultant through the PM, tracking material at site against the pour and finishing plan,



and stepping into the PM’s chair when he is not on site. You will be measured on whether your towers hit their slab cycles and finishing dates.

Required: B.E. or Diploma in Civil with six years minimum on residential RCC high-rise execution, hands-on experience of slab cycle management and finishing trades, and the ability to read structural and MEP drawings independently. Experience on a project with basement excavation and shoring is preferred.

Compensation: 7–11 LPA. Cuttack site presence is mandatory.
