Position Description:

Designation: Sr. Officer/ Assistant Manager Security

Location: Singrauli, Madhya Pradesh

Qualification: Any Graduate

Mandatory Requirement: Ex-Serviceman / Retired Defence Personnel (Army/Navy/Air Force)

Experience: 12+ Years

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Security skilled to manage and strengthen the overall security operations at our mining and industrial facilities. The role involves ensuring the security of company assets, regulating the movement of personnel and materials, supervising security teams, conducting emergency preparedness activities, and implementing effective security systems and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Material Security

- Monitor and control the movement of incoming and outgoing raw materials, consumables, tools, and finished goods.
- Ensure all material movements are supported by proper documentation and security procedures.
- Prevent theft, pilferage, and unauthorized movement of company assets.
- Review existing security processes and recommend improvements to strengthen material security.

Personnel & Access Control

- Regulate entry and exit of employees, contractors, visitors, and contract labour.
- Ensure compliance with company security protocols across mines, workshops, and township areas.




- Maintain visitor management, gate control, and access records.
- Prevent unauthorized access to restricted areas.

Security Operations & Team Management

- Supervise and guide security guards and security supervisors.
- Ensure security personnel remain vigilant, disciplined, and responsive.
- Conduct regular inspections and security audits.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies whenever required.

Emergency Response & Fire Safety

- Organize and conduct security drills and fire-fighting exercises.
- Ensure preparedness for emergencies including fire, theft, accidents, and other security incidents.
- Lead emergency response activities and maintain safety compliance.

Training & Development

- Conduct regular training programs for security personnel.
- Enhance awareness of security procedures, emergency handling, access control, and safety practices.
- Develop the capabilities of guards and supervisors through continuous learning initiatives.

MIS & Reporting

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly security reports.
- Report incidents, security breaches, and emergencies promptly to senior management.
- Maintain accurate security records and documentation.

Support management with timely information for effective decision-making.
