- Manage procurement and purchasing activities for materials, equipment, and services.
- Develop sourcing strategies to ensure cost-effective and timely procurement.
- Obtain quotations, evaluate suppliers, and negotiate commercial terms.
- Issue and monitor purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Finance, and Operations teams for procurement planning and execution.
- Arrange and coordinate vehicles, transport vendors, and logistics activities for material movement between suppliers, warehouse, production facility, and customer locations.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure uninterrupted material availability.
- Analyse market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Maintain procurement records, contracts, and documentation.
- Support budgeting and procurement cost control initiatives.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Evaluate supplier performance and address supply-related issues when required.
- Identify alternative suppliers to mitigate supply risks and improve procurement efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
- Prepare procurement reports and MIS for management review.

Experience
- 3- 6 years of experience in Procurement/Purchasing.
- Experience in supplier negotiations and procurement planning.
- Exposure to vendor management and supplier coordination preferred.
Qualifications
- Any Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university.
- Degree in Engineering, Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related disciplines will be an added advantage.
- Qualified certifications in Procurement, Materials Management, or Supply Chain Management are preferred but not mandatory.
