Role is at an intersection of Payments/Banking rails and Compliance and will need to work closely with senior product managers of these two squads.

- Manage the focus area for Fund Sources (Banks, On-Ramp Partners), KYC, AML and overall on-ramp/off-ramp rails.
- Create a roadmap for the enhancements / addition to the product portfolio based on extensive data crunching and clearly defined KPIs and objectives.
- Responsible for delivering critical projects with crucial timelines and significant business impact.
- Managing and executing decisions about the high-level technical architecture, product processes / automation and UI/UX designs of the project.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across functions to understand the user problem and their needs and formulate achievable requirements for development teams.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate recent ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
- Willing to write technical PRD s and work with engineering team and design team and execute the product roadmap.




- The growth path for this role (APM / PM role) can be into a PM/ SPM in either core Payments or Compliance team, based on performance, need of the org and also choice of the candidate.
- Candidates should have prior product experience in KYC funnels OR Payment Gateway OR Risk/AML.
- Working with 3P tools like Signzy/Karza OR banking partners is BIG PLUS.

- You need to be a HODLer of these 4-6+ years of relevant product management experience.
- At least 1 year of experience in building and creating product strategy/roadmap.
- Strong grasp of user centered design process.
- Well-rounded interpersonal skills, and experience interacting with diverse personalities.
- MBA degree from a tier 1/2 business school.
- Bachelor degree in technology or engineering from a tier 1,/ school.
