Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a detail-oriented ERP Executive with hands-on knowledge of Synergic Software to manage ERP operations, ensure data accuracy, and provide user support.

The role involves monitoring daily ERP transactions, resolving queries, generating MIS reports, and ensuring smooth integration of business processes. The ERP Executive will collaborate closely with IT, Accounts, Operations, and Inventory teams to streamline workflows and improve system efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

ERP Operations & Support

- Manage day-to-day ERP transactions across departments using Synergic Software.
- Provide end-user support and resolve system-related queries.
- Ensure timely entry, update, and accuracy of data in the ERP system.

Reporting & MIS

- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly ERP-based reports for management.
- Maintain and monitor data consistency across modules.
- Provide insights to improve process efficiency through ERP analytics.

System Maintenance & Coordination

- Coordinate with ERP vendors (Synergic) for troubleshooting and upgrades.
- Assist in ERP module customization and new feature implementation.




- Support integration of ERP with other business systems.

Training & Compliance

- Train employees on ERP usage, workflows, and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and data security standards.

Attributes of the Ideal Candidate

Key Attributes:

- 4-7 years of experience in ERP operations (Synergic Software experience mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of ERP modules (Finance, Inventory, Sales, Purchase, HR).
- Proficiency in MS Excel for reporting and analysis.
- Valuable problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and meet deadlines.
