Key Skills & Experience Required:
1. Solid command over litigation management, especially under:
- Negotiable Instruments Act (NI Act)
- SARFAESI Act
- Civil suits, DRT proceedings, and Section 9 matters
- Execution of decrees, Recovery Certificate and court orders
2. Drafting and handling legal correspondence with customers
3. Coordinating and representing the Bank at courts, police stations, and with external counsels
4. Hands-on experience in field visits, especially for high-value or sensitive matters
5. Proficiency in MS Excel (must), Word, and PowerPoint
6. Ability to manage end-to-end litigation workflows independently
7. Well-versed in managing police station matters tactfully and effectively.
