Role & responsibilities

- Operate, monitor, and maintain industrial boilers and utility equipment to ensure uninterrupted steam supply.
- Execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of boilers and associated systems.
- Monitor boiler parameters such as pressure, temperature, fuel consumption, water quality, and steam generation.
- Ensure compliance with Indian Boiler Regulations (IBR), statutory requirements, and all safety standards.
- Coordinate boiler inspections, certifications, and documentation.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Maintain boiler logbooks, maintenance records, and utility performance reports.
- Optimize fuel consumption, boiler efficiency, and operating costs through continuous improvement initiatives.





- Coordinate with production, maintenance, and utility teams for smooth plant operations.
- Ensure adherence to 5S, TPM, safety, and environmental standards.
- Supervise boiler operators and contractors during maintenance activities.

Preferred candidate profile

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Boiler Competency Certificate (IBR) will be preferred.
- 36 years of experience in industrial boiler operations and maintenance.
- Experience in textile, chemical, paper, power, or process manufacturing industries is preferred.
