- Review contracts and agreements to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Collaborate with project managers to develop detailed estimates, including labor costs, materials, equipment rental, and other expenses.
- Monitor progress against estimated timelines and budgets to identify potential issues early on.
Job Requirements :
- 2-4 years of experience in quantity analysis or a related field (e.g., engineering).
- Robust understanding of billing, invoicing, estimation, preparing invoices processes.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets to prepare accurate estimates.
- Proficiency in using software tools for estimating purposes.
