Job Summary

We are seeking an Accounts & Sales cum Back Office Executive to manage accounting, sales coordination, customer communication, and routine administrative activities. The role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare quotations, purchase orders, sales orders, invoices, and related documents.
- Manage billing, accounting entries, payment follow-ups, and record maintenance.
- Maintain customer, vendor, and inventory records.
- Coordinate with the sales, dispatch, and logistics teams for timely order execution.
- Prepare MIS reports and maintain business data using MS Excel.
- Respond professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Handle documentation, filing, and day-to-day back-office administration.

Eligibility & Skills

- Bachelors degree in B.Com or an equivalent qualification.




- 1- 2 years of experience in Accounts, Sales Coordination, or Back Office operations.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities independently in a fast-paced work environment.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Tally software experience is mandatory.
- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory. Candidates must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English fluently.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
