We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our growing workforce in the renewable energy sector. This role involves managing end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles while ensuring adherence to defined hiring timelines (TAT).

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles across full-time, contract, consultant, and internship positions.
- Drive campus and internship hiring by building relationships with colleges across India, coordinating with placement cells, and aligning with academic and internship cycles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and provide regular updates on hiring progress, challenges, and status.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and qualified networks.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate fit.




- Coordinate technical interviews and ensure timely follow-ups with stakeholders.
- Manage offer discussions, negotiations, and onboarding coordination.
- Maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure all positions are closed within defined TAT and deliver a strong candidate experience.

Required Skills:

- Bachelors degree in any discipline; Engineering graduates preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment across multiple role types.
- Experience in niche, and campus recruitment is essential.
- Exposure to renewable energy hiring is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment tools/ATS.
