We are seeking an AEM QA Automation Lead to spearhead the validation of a large-scale Lift and Shift migration from AEM 6.5 to AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS). This role is critical in executing a multi-paradigm automation strategy, leveraging AI-assisted (Agentic AI) testing to ensure 1:1 visual and functional parity across multiple sites and AEM components. The ideal candidate will bridge traditional AEM testing practices with up-to-date AI-driven automation frameworks.
• 8+ years of experience in web content management, including at least 1 year focused on Adobe AEM (6.4, 6.5, or AEMaaCS) automation and quality engineering
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining automation frameworks using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright• Experience testing AEM components and templates
• Familiarity with AI-assisted testing methodologies, including visual regression and UI validation
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate testing results into actionable insights and dashboards
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to support a fast-paced migration timelineDesired Skills:
• Deep experience in AEM-specific testing (AEM 6.4/6.5 or AEMaaCS)• Advanced expertise with Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright for component and template validation
• Familiarity with AI-driven testing platforms or Agentic AI frameworks
• Proficiency in front-end validation and test script development
• Experience validating content authoring, publishing workflows, and migration (delta sync)
• Basic knowledge of JMeter (performance testing) and OneTrust/GTM (compliance validation)
• Experience working in Agile/Sprint-based delivery modelsResponsibilities:
• Design, implement, and maintain AI-assisted automation frameworks for input validation, asset verification, and functional testing
• Develop and execute automated test scripts across multiple layers, including: Unit tests, Metadata/attribute validation, Template, component, and UI/service-level tests
• Leverage Agentic AI for advanced UI validation across web and mobile platforms, ensuring rendering accuracy and design
