Role Objective:
To lead and manage end-to-end fiber deployment activities across the MPCG circle by ensuring timely execution, quality compliance, cost optimization, customer satisfaction, and achievement of project KPIs.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Telecom Infrastructure, particularly OFC Network Projects.
- Experience in project planning, execution, and customer management.
- Sound understanding of ROW management, vendor coordination, material planning,



and project billing.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and project management tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 10 to 15 years of experience in Telecom Infrastructure/OFC Projects.
- Technical Graduate (Civil/Telecom preferred).
- Proven experience in handling customer-facing roles.
- Solid team management and people leadership skills.
- Willing to travel extensively across Madhya Pradesh Circle.
