- Plan and organize daily production activities to achieve shift production targets.
- Prepare shift plans and allocate work to machine operators.
- Set up, program, and optimize CNC/production machines before and during production.
- Supervise shop-floor operations and ensure smooth production flow.
- Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot setup or process-related issues to minimize downtime.
- Ensure production meets quality standards, delivery schedules, and productivity goals.
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and planning teams to resolve production issues.
- Train and guide operators on machine setup, operation, and safety procedures.
- Maintain production reports, machine setup records, and shift documentation.
