POSITION SUMMARY : -
The position is responsible for all the structural designs assigned to this role.
The position will be responsible to ensure all the designs are prepared in such a manner that will ensure the structures are secure.
The position will be responsible for ensuring all the designs are prepared as per the customer expectations.
The position will be responsible for ensuring that the designs are submitted with all the quality checks as per the customer & organization standards.
The position will be responsible for ensuring that all the designs are submitted as per the agreed timelines.
Key Activities/Elements : -
Structural Designs : -
• The position will be responsible for understanding the design requirements of the customer
• The position will be responsible for preparing the design as per the data
• The position will be responsible for preparing designs, drawings & reports
• The position will be responsible for making all the necessary calculations in terms of load & stress
• The position will be responsible for coordinating with all the other COE & Project teams for collecting the data as per the required standards
• Preparation of general arrangement structural drawings as well as Detailed Design of RCC & steel structures (Sub structure & Superstructure of bridges) as per IRS and IRC
• The position will be responsible for ensuring all the designs that are being shared with the customer are as per the quality standards of the customer and the standards developed by the organization
• The position will be responsible for ensuring to cross verify the quality and the accuracy of the data that is being collected

SOP : -
• Ensure that participation is made in making / establishing the Standard Operating Processes (SOP) either on organization / department / project level
• Ensure that the SOP’s that have been agreed are deployed and adhered to 100%
Education level and/or relevant experience(s) : -
• M tech in Structural Engineering
• BE in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 6 to 9 years of experience
• STAAD PRO.
• MIDAS CIVIL
• Auto CAD
Knowledge and skills (general and technical) : -
• Analytical Skill
• Good command on verbal & written communication skills
• Command on Excel, Power point, Word, Microsoft Schedules
• Decision Making
