Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Advanced IT Developer (Senior Developer) to support the design, development, integration, and administration of enterprise customer engagement platforms within the Veeva & Ecosystems landscape. The role is responsible for delivering scalable digital capabilities, administering SaaS engagement platforms, developing Salesforce solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to drive business value through technology.

The ideal candidate will possess strong Salesforce development expertise, integration experience, product-oriented thinking, and the ability to independently manage end-to-end solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and scale enterprise digital capabilities across International Operations (IO) to enhance customer engagement.
- Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Triggers, Flows, Batch Jobs, and platform configuration tools.
- Administer and support SaaS webinar platforms, including GoToWebinar (GTW) and ON24, ensuring platform reliability, governance, and user management.
- Configure and maintain Salesforce features such as Flows, Validation Rules, Custom Metadata, and security settings.
- Manage data migration, data quality, and bulk operations using Apex Data Loader, Workbench, and related tools.
- Design, develop, and maintain REST API integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications.
- Support Identity and Access Management (IAM) integrations utilizing OAuth 2.0, SAML, and related authentication protocols.
- Execute deployment and release management activities using Change Sets, GitHub, and established DevOps practices.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define user journeys, and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.




- Participate in solution design discussions and contribute to product roadmap planning based on business priorities and data insights.
- Provide technical guidance and support to business users and cross-functional teams for Salesforce and integrated systems.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions.
- Ensure adherence to Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), coding standards, testing practices, and documentation requirements.
- Take ownership of deliverables from requirements gathering through development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.

Required Qualifications

Salesforce Platform Expertise

- Solid experience in Salesforce configuration, including:
- Flows
- Validation Rules
- Custom Metadata

- Hands-on experience with:

- Apex Programming
- Apex Triggers
- Batch Apex
- Scheduled Jobs

- Proficiency in Salesforce data management using Apex Data Loader and Workbench.
- Experience with Salesforce deployment, release management, Change Sets, and GitHub.

Integration & Enterprise Architecture

- Experience designing and implementing REST API integrations.
- Strong understanding of enterprise system integration patterns.
- Working knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM), including OAuth 2.0 and SAML.

Software Development

- Solid understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Experience with end-to-end software development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Knowledge of version control and collaborative development practices.

Stakeholder Management





- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage with technical and business stakeholders to gather requirements and define solutions.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a global environment.

Platform Administration

- Experience administering SaaS engagement platforms such as ON24 and GoToWebinar.
- Knowledge of platform governance, user administration, access management, and operational support.
- Experience ensuring platform stability, compliance, and operational excellence.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with Veeva CRM or Veeva ecosystem applications.
- Knowledge of enterprise DevOps and CI/CD practices.
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform Developer I/II, App Builder, or related certifications) are highly desirable.
- Experience supporting global business operations and enterprise customer engagement platforms.
