Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership & Solution Delivery:

- Lead the design, development, enhancement, and maintenance of enterprise applications using .NET and Angular technologies.
- Review and validate requirement analysis, feasibility assessments, and technical design solutions.
- Provide technical guidance to development teams and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Demonstrate strong understanding of application architecture, design patterns, and scalable system design.
- Perform design reviews for:
- Database design
- Application components and modules
- New processes and technical solutions
- Ensure code quality through reviews, unit testing, integration testing, debugging, and issue resolution.
- Oversee deployment planning and preparation of deployment documentation.
- Ensure successful migration and deployment of applications to UAT and Production environments.

Project Planning & Delivery Management

- Plan, monitor, and control project execution to ensure timely delivery within scope and quality expectations.
- Track project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions when deviations occur.
- Manage delivery schedules, resource allocation, and project priorities.
- Coordinate effectively between Development, QA, Product Owners, Business Stakeholders, and Clients.
- Drive customer satisfaction through consistent delivery of high-quality solutions.

Team Leadership & People Management

- Lead and manage a team of developers and technical leads.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide regular feedback.
- Create development plans for team members and support career growth.
- Identify training needs and facilitate technical and professional development programs.




- Mentor team members and foster a collaborative, high-performance culture.
- Manage team utilization, workload balancing, and resource planning.

Technology & Innovation

- Stay current with emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.
- Research and evaluate tools, frameworks, and technologies that improve delivery efficiency and product quality.
- Drive adoption of modern engineering practices, including CI/CD, DevOps, cloud-native solutions, and automation.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technology roadmap discussions.

Required Technical Skills:

Must Have:

- Robust hands-on experience in:
- Microsoft .NET / .NET Core
- Angular (latest versions preferred)
- ASP.NET Web API / REST APIs
- C#
- SQL Server
- Experience with application architecture and design principles.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
- Experience with source control systems such as Git/Azure DevOps.
- Knowledge of unit testing and integration testing frameworks.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
- DevOps tools and Agile delivery practices.

Good to Have:

- Azure cloud services.
- Microservices architecture.
- Experience with enterprise-scale application modernization initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
- 812 years of IT experience, with at least 2–3 years in team leadership or people management roles.
- Hands-on experience delivering enterprise web applications using .NET and Angular.
- Proven experience managing teams of 5+ members.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
