RD Automation Enablement Operations focuses on automating research and development processes to increase efficiency and innovation. This includes implementing automated systems for data collection, analysis, and testing. The goal is to speed up RD activities, reduce manual work, and improve accuracy. Key tasks involve developing automation tools, integrating them into workflows, and maintaining these systems. Designing, building, and maintaining software applications using the Microsoft .NET framework. Develop scalable, secure, and efficient software solutions that meet specific business or user requirements. Encompasses aspects such as application architecture, coding, debugging, and integration within the .NET ecosystem.

- Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor

- Guidance would be provided when determining methods and procedures on new assignments
- Decisions made by you will often impact the team in which they reside
- Individual would manage small teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture
