We are looking for Deputy Manager - Method Engineering with strong experience in Manufacturing industry. This Opportunity for a reputed MNC Organization based at Attibele, Bangalore Location.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design & optimize production processes (Lean, flow)

* Improve ergonomics & workstation design

* Capacity planning & line balancing

* Use simulation & digital tools for improvements

* Define equipment specs & industrial investments

* Cost analysis & productivity improvement

* Plan & execute CAPEX projects

* Conduct MTM/time studies & process validation

* Manpower planning & improve DLP

* Monitor OEE & plant performance

* Drive process design & optimization (new/existing lines)

* Implement Lean, SPS,A3, JDI, Kaizen, Six Sigma practices, DMAIC

* Support complex problem-solving & decisions

Experience & Skills:

* 3 to 5 yrs in manufacturing / industrial engineering

* MTM knowledge added advantage

* Solid in process optimization & continuous improvement

* Experience in leading projects & stakeholder management
