Project Role : Integration Engineer

Project Role Description : Provide consultative Business and System Integration services to help clients implement effective solutions. Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions. Drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements.

Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Utilities CCB Integrations Developer with strong expertise in designing, developing, and supporting integrations for Oracle Utilities Customer Care Billing (CCB/CCS). The candidate should have hands-on experience in Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF), web services, middleware technologies, and enterprise system integrations.
The role involves working closely with functional consultants, architects, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver scalable and high-performing integration solutions across utility systems.

Roles Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Oracle Utilities CCB and external systems such as MDM, WACS, GIS, ERP, Payment Gateways, and CRM systems.
Develop inbound and outbound interfaces using Oracle Utilities integration frameworks.
Build and support REST/SOAP web services and APIs.
Develop and configure Service Scripts, Business Services, Algorithms, Batch Processes, and Plug-ins within CCB.
Work on Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), middleware,



and message-based integrations.
Perform data mapping, transformation, validation, and error handling.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related production issues.
Support system upgrades, deployments, patches, and release activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams during requirement gathering, solution design, SIT/UAT, and production support.
Prepare technical design documents, interface specifications, and deployment documents.
Ensure coding standards, security guidelines, and performance best practices are followed.

Professional Technical Skills:
Strong experience in Oracle Utilities CCB/CCS.
Hands-on experience with OUAF (Oracle Utilities Application Framework).
Experience in Java, Groovy, SQL, and PL/SQL development.
Expertise in REST/SOAP Web Services.
Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or middleware technologies.
Strong knowledge of Batch Framework, Algorithms, Service Scripts, Business Services, BPA Scripts, UI Maps, Zones, and Portals.
Experience integrating CCB with enterprise applications such as MDM, GIS, SAP/ERP, CRM, and payment systems.
Knowledge of Oracle Database and performance tuning.
Experience with Unix/Linux environments and shell scripting.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience in Oracle Utilities C2M/WACS/MDM.
Exposure to OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure).
Experience in utility domain projects (Electricity, Water, Gas).
4+ Years in Oracle Utilities with experience in Oracle Utilities CCB Integrations Developer.
This position is based at our Bangalore office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
