Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Testing Engineer with experience in validating Salesforce applications across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom Salesforce implementations. The candidate will be responsible for test planning, execution, defect management, and ensuring high-quality Salesforce releases.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze business and functional requirements for Salesforce applications.
- Design, develop, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts.

Perform:

- Functional Testing
- Integration Testing
- System Testing
- Regression Testing
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Support
- Validate Salesforce configurations, workflows, process builders, flows, and custom Apex components.
- Test data migration, interfaces, and third-party integrations.
- Identify, track, and report defects using tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, and Salesforce Administrators.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).





Required Skills

- Hands-on experience in Salesforce Testing.
- Good understanding of:
- Sales Cloud
- Service Cloud
- Lightning Experience
- Salesforce Objects & Relationships
- Experience in manual testing methodologies and defect lifecycle management.
- Knowledge of SOQL and Salesforce data validation techniques.
- Experience with test management tools (JIRA, ALM, Azure DevOps, etc.).
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Skills

- Automation testing using:
- Selenium
- TestNG
- Java
- Provar (preferred)
- Copado Robotic Testing (optional)
- API Testing using Postman or similar tools.
- Exposure to Salesforce integrations and middleware platforms.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Certifications (Preferred)
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
- Salesforce Platform App Builder
- Salesforce AI Associate (good to have)

Click on "Start recent test" and follow the instructions to complete the assessment.

STEP 3:

Once completed, please make a note of the AMCAT ID (Access you Amcat id by clicking 3 dots on top right corner of screen).

NOTE:

- During registration, you'll be asked to provide the following information:
- Personal Details: Name, Email Address, Mobile Number, PAN number.
- Availability: Acknowledgement of work schedule preferences (Shifts, Work from Office, Rotational Weekends, 24/7 availability, Transport Boundary) and reason for career change.
- Employment Details: Current notice period and total annual compensation (CTC) in the format 390000 - 4 LPA (example).
- Candidate Information: 10-digit candidate ID starting with 100XXXXXXX, Gender, Source (e.g., Vendor name, Naukri/LinkedIn/Found it, or Direct), and Location
- Interview Mode: Walk-in
- Attempt all questions in the SHL Assessment app.
- The assessment is proctored, so choose a quiet environment.
- Use a headset or Bluetooth headphones for clear communication.
- A passing score is required for further interview rounds.
- 5 or above toggles, multi face detected, face not detected, or any malpractice will be considered rejected
- Once you've finished, submit the assessment and make a note of the AMCAT ID (15 Digit) used for the assessment.
