Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Electronics Engineer with 2-7 years of experience to work on SMT-based modules, circuit tracing, soldering, and PCB assembly. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in surface-mount technology (SMT), winding, soldering, and assembling electronic components. Strong knowledge of circuit design, troubleshooting, and bill of materials (BoM) preparation for complex PCB modules is essential.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Work on SMT-based electronic modules, handling assembly, soldering, and testing.
- Perform circuit tracing, troubleshooting, and debugging of electronic components and modules.
- Solder and wind electronic components with precision for high-reliability applications.
- Develop and maintain BoM (Bill of Materials) for complex PCB modules and assemblies.
- Work on PCB design, prototyping, and modifications as per project requirements.
- Perform quality checks and testing of assembled modules to meet industry standards.
- Collaborate with design and R&D; teams to improve circuit layouts and optimize manufacturing processes.




- Ensure compliance with safety and defense-grade electronics manufacturing standards.
- Document work processes, test results, and modifications to ensure proper tracking and repeatability.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- 2-7 years of hands-on experience in electronics assembly, SMT soldering, and PCB design.
- Robust knowledge of circuit tracing, troubleshooting, and debugging electronic modules.
- Proficiency in handling fine-pitch soldering, transformer winding, and component placement.
- Experience in BoM preparation and component selection for complex PCBs.
- Familiarity with ECAD tools (Altium, Orcad, Eagle, KiCad, or similar) for PCB design and layout.
- Understanding of MIL-STD requirements for defense-grade electronics (preferred).

Preferred Qualifications:

- Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in high-reliability electronics manufacturing
