Role & responsibilities

- Installation and commissioning of air compressors, chillers, dryers, cooling towers, and related equipment at customer sites.
- Carry out preventive maintenance (PM) as per the service schedule.
- Attend breakdown calls and diagnose mechanical and electrical faults.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and restore operations within the committed response time.
- Inspect equipment performance and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare detailed service reports after every site visit.
- Coordinate with customers regarding service schedules and maintenance activities.
- Provide technical guidance and operational training to customers.
- Identify spare parts required during service and communicate requirements to the service coordinator.
- Promote Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), preventive maintenance, and spare part sales.
- Ensure proper installation as per company standards and safety guidelines.
- Maintain service tools, testing instruments, and company assets in good condition.
- Follow all safety procedures and use appropriate PPE during site work.




- Coordinate with the Sales and Service Coordination teams for smooth project execution.
- Maintain records of service visits, machine history, warranty status, and customer complaints.
- Support warranty claim verification and documentation.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction by providing timely and quality service.
- Travel extensively to customer locations as required.
- Submit daily work reports, travel reports, and expense statements on time.
- Stay updated on current products, technical improvements, and service procedures.

Preferred candidate profile

- Strong troubleshooting skills (Mechanical & Electrical).
- Knowledge of compressors, refrigeration systems, chillers, dryers, pumps, and industrial utilities.
- Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, ERP/CRM preferred).
- Willingness to travel extensively.
