Position : Pharmacist, Sr. Pharmacist and Store Incharge

Job Location : Bangalore, Shivamoga and Mysore

Job Profile:-

A Retail Pharmacist is responsible for dispensing medications, ensuring regulatory compliance, providing patient counseling, and delivering excellent customer service in a pharmacy setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Medication Dispensing

- Dispense prescription medicines accurately as per doctors prescription
- Verify dosage, drug interactions, and contraindications
- Ensure correct labeling, packaging, and documentation

Patient Counseling

- Guide customers on proper medication usage, dosage, and side effects
- Educate patients on drug interactions and precautions
- Promote adherence to prescribed treatment
- Inventory & Stock Management
- Monitor stock levels and ensure availability of medicines
- Check expiry dates and manage near-expiry/expired stock
- Coordinate with supply chain for timely replenishment

Customer Service

- Handle customer queries and provide product recommendations (OTC)
- Maintain high service standards and customer satisfaction
- Manage billing and POS transactions
- Store Operations Support
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy
- Assist in merchandising and product display
- Support store audits and inspections
