- Process Optimization: Design and evaluate manufacturing and logistical workflows to remove bottlenecks and increase overall output.
- Data Analysis & Time Studies: Conduct workflow, time, and motion studies to establish standard operating procedures and labour requirements.
- Facility Layout & Design: Map out optimal factory, warehouse, or office layouts using CAD to maximize space utilization and material flow.
- Quality & Waste Reduction: Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies like Six Sigma, Kaizen, and Lean manufacturing.
- Cost Analysis & Reporting: Estimate production costs, prepare material lists, and develop metrics to monitor process performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside production management, supply chain, and engineering teams to integrate current technologies or systems.
