Roles & Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day warehouse and dispatch operations during the assigned shift.
- Ensure timely and efficient truck loading and dispatch as per the production and delivery schedule.
- Maintain 100% accuracy in invoicing, dispatch documentation, and inventory transactions.
- Lead, guide, and monitor warehouse personnel to achieve productivity and operational targets.
- Ensure compliance with 5S, safety, and warehouse operating procedures.
- Coordinate with Production, Planning, Transport, and Sales teams to ensure seamless material movement.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and support cycle counts and stock verification activities.
- Resolve operational issues related to dispatch, loading, and warehouse processes.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and company policies.
- Prepare shift reports and communicate operational updates to the management team.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and customer service.
- Be versatile to work in rotating shifts to ensure uninterrupted 24/7 logistics operations.
