- Adhere to the Underwriting and Tele verification team deliverables
- Ensure 100% verification of all incoming proposals and identify compromised risks.
- Ensure that high-risk cases are routed to specific central medical teams for opinion.
- Own tickets raised in the system and take to closure within defined TATs
- Identify system improvements and bugs and initiate action for accomplishment
