We are looking for experienced and customer-focused Travel Consultants to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in airline ticketing, GDS systems, and customer service. The role involves assisting customers with flight bookings, travel queries, itinerary planning, and delivering excellent travel solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle domestic and international flight bookings.
- Assist customers with travel inquiries and provide suitable travel solutions.
- Book, modify, and cancel reservations using GDS systems.
- Work on NDC platforms for airline bookings and ancillary services.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the booking process.
- Resolve customer issues and travel-related concerns efficiently.
- Maintain accurate booking records and travel documentation.
- Ensure compliance with airline policies and travel regulations.
- Coordinate with airlines and internal teams to ensure smooth travel arrangements.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with GDS systems.
- Knowledge of NDC (New Distribution Capability).
- Positive working knowledge of MS Office.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Excellent problem-solving ability.
- Good knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations.
- Familiarity with airline and airport codes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
GDS Requirement
Candidates must have working knowledge of Galileo and Amadeus.
Experience with Sabre will be an added advantage.
