Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Analyst to join our Finance & Accounting team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Accounts Payable operations, invoice processing, vendor management, and payment processing. Candidates should possess solid analytical skills and be capable of working in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Process vendor invoices accurately and within defined timelines.
- Perform invoice verification, validation, and three-way matching.
- Handle vendor account reconciliations and resolve invoice/payment discrepancies.
- Process employee reimbursements and vendor payments.
- Maintain vendor master data and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors to resolve payment-related queries.
- Prepare Accounts Payable reports and support month-end closing activities.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls, accounting standards, and compliance guidelines.




- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiency.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Bachelor's in Finance & Accounting, or an equivalent qualification.
- MBA (Finance) candidates are also eligible.
- Minimum 15 years of regular full-time education (10+2+3).
- 26 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable or Finance & Accounting.
- Strong understanding of AP processes, accounting principles, and financial controls.

- 5 Days Working
- 2 Rotational Week Offs

Compensation

- CTC: Up to 5.5 LPA (Based on experience and interview performance)
