Hiring: Store Manager Retail Store Operations (Home Appliances)

Location: Kaonli, Dehradun, Uttarakhand

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the retail store.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Lead, train, and motivate the store team.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
- Maintain product displays, merchandising, and store cleanliness.
- Monitor inventory, stock movement, and coordinate replenishment.
- Handle billing, cash management, and daily store reports.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and operational standards.
- Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 25 years of experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in the Home Appliances, Consumer Electronics, or Retail industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and customer handling abilities.
- Knowledge of inventory management, billing software, and retail operations.
- Target-oriented with robust problem-solving skills.
