Key Responsibilities

Project Execution

- Supervise and monitor MEP installation works at project sites.
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with civil, architectural, and other project teams for seamless execution.
- Monitor project progress and resolve technical issues on site.

Quality & Safety

- Ensure all MEP works comply with quality standards, statutory regulations, and safety guidelines.
- Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems.
- Verify installation quality and ensure compliance with approved standards.

Planning & Coordination

- Review MEP drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Prepare material requirements and coordinate with the procurement team.
- Attend project review meetings and provide progress updates.

Billing & Documentation

- Verify contractor measurements and billing.
- Maintain daily progress reports, inspection records, and project documentation.
- Prepare work completion reports and handover documentation.

Vendor & Contractor Management

- Monitor contractor performance and ensure timely completion of work.




- Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of MEP materials and equipment.
- Support vendor evaluations and technical discussions.

Required Skills

- Robust knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and ELV systems.
- Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and technical specifications.
- Good understanding of testing and commissioning procedures.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and ERP software.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in residential high-rise apartments, luxury villas, or commercial projects.
- Good knowledge of NBC, IS standards, and local authority regulations.
- Ability to manage multiple contractors and project activities.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Education

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.

Experience

- 510 years of experience in MEP execution for real estate or construction projects.
- Experience in high-rise residential, luxury apartments, villa, is preferred.
