Supervise civil works at solar project sites (Rooftop/Ground-mounted)

Oversee excavation, foundation, RCC works, cable trenching, and equipment foundations

Ensure quality control and adherence to project timelines

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth execution

Maintain site records, daily progress reports, and material reconciliation

Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards

Requirements

- Diploma/Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of site experience in solar or infrastructure projects
- Solid knowledge of civil drawings, BOQs, and construction practices
- Familiarity with IS codes, QA/QC procedures, and site safety norms
- Willingness to travel and work at remote project locations
